This policy outlines how Kernow Surfskate Academy (KSA) collects, uses, maintains, protects and discloses information collected from users (referred to as the “User” or “Users”) of our website which includes all subsidiary pages and products which can be found at the domain Kernowsurfskateacademy.co.uk (referred as the “Site”). It also covers the way we will use the information collected about our clients (also referred to in this document as “Users” or “User), when they sign in for any of our activities at the surf school via our disclosure and check-in forms.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect personal information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: when users visit our site, make a booking via a widget, subscribe to our newsletter, book one of our products via a third party or contact us via email, phone, social media or by post.
